Lisa is an experienced senior executive and director with over 30 years of expertise in growing, transforming, and leading organisations. Over the past 13 years as CEO of Anthony Harper, Lisa has consistently and conscientiously driven the business forward and grown the firm’s footprint in Tāmaki Makaurau and Ōtautahi. Between 2018 and 2024 Lisa also served as an independent director and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee at Airways New Zealand. 

Lisa’s strong background in business, accountancy and law, along with her experience as general counsel in the investment management industry has provided her both with valuable insight into running a business and managing client needs and expectations
