On 6 March, over 400 legal professionals from across Aotearoa and beyond came together in Auckland for LawFest 2025, the premier event for legal innovation and technology in New Zealand. Fiona McLay tackled the realities of legal tech adoption, debunking the myth that technology alone is a silver bullet. Instead, she offered practical strategies for integrating tech in a way that truly enhances client service, increases job satisfaction, and future-proofs legal businesses.

After the incredible success of LawFest 25, the event is back in 2026 with a fresh new format and an exciting new venue!
