Lisa is a seasoned senior executive and director with over 30 years of expertise in growing and transforming organisations. Currently the CEO of Anthony Harper, Lisa has extensive experience advising clients in professional services and holding senior executive and governance roles in the investment management sector. Since 2018, she has served as an independent director and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee at Airways New Zealand.

With a strong background in both accountancy and law, complemented by her governance experience, Lisa brings a unique perspective to leading a law firm. Her previous role as general counsel in the investment management industry provides her with valuable insights into client needs and expectations.

Lisa is instrumental in shaping Anthony Harper’s strategic direction alongside the board and ensures its implementation nationwide in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
