Janey Haringa, Principal of JH LAW, will be joining LawFest 2025 as the MC. With a background in private equity and law, Janey has established herself as a leading corporate and commercial lawyer in New Zealand. She is known for her expertise in capital raising, asset transfers and contracts for emerging technology businesses.

Operating across New Zealand from the Waikato, Janey currently holds governance roles as a board member of the Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Deputy Chairperson of the NZ Shareholders Association Waikato Branch. She has leveraged her triple-degree background in biomedical science, business administration and law to provide a well-rounded perspective of advice and support for her business clients.
